When a parent searches "best dentist near me" in Bengaluru, they're usually looking for two things: a genuinely skilled specialist, and a clinic they can actually get to. This page is for families in Banashankari, Chandra Layout, Kanakapura Road, Uttarahalli, Vijayanagar, and the surrounding areas of South and West Bengaluru β where both our branches are located.
Our Two Locations in Bengaluru
Banashankari Branch
283, Outer Ring Road, Near Kamakya Theatre, 4th Phase, Banashankari, Bengaluru β 560085.
This is our main clinic, serving families across Banashankari, JP Nagar, Jayanagar, BTM Layout, Kanakapura Road, and the broader South Bengaluru corridor. Easy access from the Banashankari Metro Station.
Chandra Layout Branch
1613, 1st Stage, Water Tank, 2nd Phase, Chandra Layout, Bengaluru β 560040.
Our West Bengaluru branch, accessible from Vijayanagar, Rajajinagar, Chord Road, Mahalaxmi Layout, and Nagarbhavi. Opened to extend specialist paediatric dental care to West Bengaluru families who previously had no nearby specialist option.
Dr. Sugandh Mittal (MDS Pediatric Dentistry, 18 years) consults across both locations. Your child's records, X-rays, and treatment plan follow them between branches. You are not starting over when you visit a different location.
Why "Near Me" Matters Less Than "Specialist"
Proximity is a genuine convenience β but it should not be the primary filter. A 10-minute closer clinic with a general dentist managing complex paediatric cases is a worse outcome than a 20-minute drive to a specialist. For routine checkups and preventive care, a nearby general dentist is fine. For:
- Severe dental anxiety or first traumatic visit
- Multiple cavities in a young child (under 6)
- Tongue tie or lip tie correction
- Malocclusion assessment and early orthodontics
- Special needs (ASD, CP, Down syndrome)
- Sedation or GA for complex treatment
- Dental emergencies with trauma
β a specialist makes a measurable difference. Dr. Mittal's two Bengaluru branches were opened specifically to bring specialist care closer to more families.
What to Expect at Your First Visit
The first appointment is a comprehensive examination and consultation β not a treatment session. We take digital X-rays where indicated, do a full mouth charting, assess jaw development and bite, check soft tissue and tongue function, and give you a written treatment plan. You leave knowing exactly what needs to be done, in what order, and what can wait.
For children who are anxious, the first appointment may involve no examination instruments at all β just a familiarisation visit in a child-friendly environment, at the child's pace.
We do not upsell. We do not pressure same-day treatment decisions. If you need time to think or get a second opinion, we will tell you exactly how long you have before a condition becomes urgent. Clear information is the standard, not an exception.
